Associate Program

Our full-time, paid Associate Program is designed for recent graduates in master barbering, cosmetology, esthetics, and nail technology. Associates work hands-on with one of our educators, receiving one-to-one coaching while building their technical skills, guest experience, and confidence.

Full-time associates can earn up to $30K per year, access world-class education and nationally renowned educators, and receive weekly opportunity shifts to practice their skills and begin building a clientele.

Apprentice Program

Our Apprentice Program is designed for incoming and currently enrolled students preparing for a career in the barber and beauty industry. Apprentices get an early introduction to life inside a professional salon while learning alongside an experienced, supportive team.

It’s an opportunity to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and develop professional and guest-service skills while completing your education and preparing for the next step in your career.
